Barbee and Jim Lux have been in the residential real estate business since 1992. Together they hold the following real estate designations of higher education: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), e-PRO (Internet Professional) ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), and SPN (Specialized Professional Negotiator).

Barbee and Jim achieved many Top Producer awards during their tenure with Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX. They have been with Metro Brokers since 2005 where they have their family-owned company DeLUX Team Realty.

Barbee has been the recipient of the 5280 magazine’s Five Star Realtor Award every year since they started recognizing the best agents in the Denver metro area which was 2010.

Jim has earned the following designations:

CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist). The CRS designation is the highest designation awarded to real estate sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Only 4% of all real estate agents nationally hold this designation. The CRS designation illustrates a commitment to further education in the real estate industry. 

Jim also carries the GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR® Institute). The GRI symbol is the mark of a real estate professional that has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional service by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients. 

Jim also carries the e-PRO designation (Internet Professional) The e-PRO certification is the National Associations of Realtors online training program to certify real estate professionals as Internet Professionals. The e-PRO designation is the only certification program of its kind recognized nationwide and endorsed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.

Jim continually focuses on real estate education to ensure that the team is operating within the ever changing guidelines and standards of the industry. Jim is responsible for the Internet marketing and web site development for DeLUX Team Realty, Inc. His primary interests outside of real estate are his grandchildren, traveling, and music. Jim was a professional musician for years and managed a successful band.

Jim is also a volunteer with the “Make A Wish Foundation” and the “Dumb Friends League”.

Tiffany Alexander

Tiffany has been a licensed Realtor since 2003. She holds the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designations from the National Association of Realtors.

After spending 12 years in high level management positions in the corporate arena, Tiffany began her Real Estate career with RE/MAX Professionals.  She then joined Metro Brokers and, in 2008 along with her family, they started their own Metro Brokers franchise, DeLUX Team Realty, Inc.

Tiffany is a Denver Native and knows the area and market extremely well.  She helps countless clients get top dollar for their present home or move into their dream home.  She says the best part of her job is working so closely with her family to make so many other families fulfill their home ownership dreams.

After spending time with RE/MAX Professionals, Tony joined Metro Brokers and, in 2008 started his own Metro Brokers franchise, DeLUX Team Realty, Inc.

Tony, his wife, and their two children live in Littleton where he is very involved in church activities, community affairs, school activities, and youth sports.  He enjoys golf, scuba diving, and snow skiing.

Kelly Reimers

Kelly has been our Agent Assistant since 2008. She has her MBA and is well versed in the real estate industry. 

After working in the investment and mortgage industry for 4 years, Kelly found her niche as an expert in streamlining processes while holding many job titles for smaller businesses. She landed the position with DeLUX Team Realty after creating a process flow for our files that we could not pass up!

Kelly, her husband Eric, and their two children live in Dalton, NE where she is very involved in her community, school and church activities, and advocating for children with hearing loss. She enjoys Crossfit, playing volleyball, snowboarding, wake boarding, camping and traveling.

Kelly knows what it takes to properly care of our clients, and keep the office running smoothly. She never seems to miss a beat, and we feel incredibly blessed to have her assistance.
